Two ancient Asian practices joined to offer your body, mind and soul everything that they need, leading to a state of relaxation and well-being on the road to Nirvana. These are the key to longevity and help you to hold back the effects of aging by strengthening both the physical body and the spiritual one. Garoz Therapy and Yoga is located is just 10 minutes from Canary Wharf, 16 minutes from Liverpool Street, 6 minutes from Stratford.

All levels welcome. You are also welcome to book single yoga lessons and all my therapies.
All my treatments are followed by complimentary herbal infusion and relaxation time.
The studio offers showering facilities, towels, flip-flops, and all equipment for your yoga practice.

Or on the contrary do you think that to practise yoga is to lie down in a small mat and to sleep? Well then, it stops looking for excuses not to practise yoga.

I will say to you that yoga adapts to all kinds of persons, so much in health, physically, age… Since it is an individual practise, so that every person works with their conditions and physical capacity. And it is the practise of this one, which helps you to obtain better physical condition, more flexibility and force, to relieve the stress, improvement of the immune system, postural improvement, energetic, like that increase as improvement in their personal relationships and to level of awareness and many other things.
