Yoga Practise

Yoga is a Hindu philosophy of more than 4000 years, which works on a  spiritual level helping the individual to develop personally. This discipline creates a harmony between body, mind and soul, By means of the practise of the control of the breathing, meditation and Asanas’s (Specific positions that have been designed to improve flexibility, strength and resistance).

This practise is recommended for those who suffer from heart issues, mild depression, backaches, high blood pressure, high levels of stress and processes of recovery after an injury or surgical procedures.

Yoga is suitable for people of any age.
